Never Split the Difference by Chris Voss - Paperback is a gripping and practical guide to negotiation from former FBI lead international hostage negotiator Chris Voss. Drawing on real life, high stakes situations, Voss reveals how the techniques used in crisis negotiations can be applied to business deals, salary discussions, sales conversations, customer service, leadership, relationships, and everyday decision making.

Clear, fast moving, and packed with memorable examples, this bestselling business book introduces powerful ideas such as tactical empathy, calibrated questions, active listening, mirroring, labelling emotions, and creating trust under pressure. Instead of treating negotiation as a battle of logic, Voss shows readers how to understand the emotions, motivations, fears, and hidden needs behind every conversation.

Never Split the Difference by Chris Voss - Paperback is ideal for entrepreneurs, sales professionals, managers, students, business owners, and anyone who wants to communicate with more confidence, handle difficult conversations, and reach better outcomes without unnecessary compromise.
