Order Processing
All orders require 1–3 working days to be processed before dispatch. Orders are processed on working days only, excluding weekends and public holidays.
If you need an item urgently, please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm whether faster processing is possible.
Delivery Timeframes
Once dispatched, delivery timeframes depend on the courier service and the delivery address.
Estimated delivery timeframes are:

Urban addresses: usually 1–3 working days after dispatch

Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by courier delays, weather, public holidays, peak seasons, or other circumstances outside our control.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your delivery address is complete and correct before placing your order. Biblis is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect, incomplete, or unclear address details provided by the customer.
If we notice an address issue before dispatch, we may place the order on hold and contact you for confirmation.
Courier Delivery
Orders may be shipped using NZ Post, Aramex, or another suitable courier service depending on the parcel size, destination, and service availability.
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be provided where available.
Rural Delivery and Surcharges
Some addresses may be classified as rural by the courier system. If a rural delivery surcharge applies and was not paid at checkout, we may contact you before dispatch to arrange payment or discuss available options.
Delivery Issues
If your parcel is delayed, marked as delivered but not received, or has another delivery issue, please contact the courier first using the tracking number provided. Couriers may need to complete receiver identity checks before providing detailed delivery information.
If the courier is unable to assist, please contact us and we will help where possible.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 3 days of receiving your order, with photos or videos of the item and packaging.
This policy does not limit your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
