Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 3 days of receiving your order.
Please include clear evidence, such as photos or videos of the issue, the item, and the packaging. This helps us investigate the matter and resolve it as quickly as possible.
Return Requirements
We will require the original product to be returned to us for inspection before a refund, replacement, or other remedy is provided.
Please return the item in its original shipping packaging where possible. If the original packaging is no longer available, please use suitable protective packaging to ensure the book is returned safely.
Return Shipping Process
Please contact us before returning any item so we can provide the correct return instructions and avoid any delay in processing your request.
If the item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged on arrival, or not as described, we will cover the reasonable return shipping cost in accordance with the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
Where a return courier label is provided, you are responsible for safely packing the item and either dropping it off at the nominated courier location or contacting the courier company shown on the return label to arrange collection, where this service is available.
Refund Outcome
You are responsible for taking reasonable care of the item after delivery.
If the returned item is damaged due to misuse, poor handling, or insufficient return packaging, your refund request may be declined or reduced where permitted by law.
If the item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged on arrival, or not as described, we will provide a refund, replacement, or other remedy in accordance with the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases unless we agree otherwise.
This policy does not limit your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
