Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, Fair Trading Act 1986, Privacy Act 2020, or any other applicable law. New Zealand consumer laws apply to online sales made by New Zealand businesses.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure product information, descriptions, images, prices, and availability are accurate.

However, slight differences may occur, including cover design, edition, printing, box/slipcase style, or packaging variation. Product images may be for reference only unless otherwise stated.

Please ensure your delivery address is complete and correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional courier charges caused by incorrect, incomplete, or unclear address details provided by the customer.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by courier delays, weather, public holidays, peak seasons, rural delivery, or other circumstances outside our control.

Risk in the goods passes to you once the order has been delivered to the delivery address provided, subject to your rights under New Zealand consumer law.

If your parcel is delayed, damaged, marked as delivered but not received, or otherwise affected by a delivery issue, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist where appropriate.

Refunds and returns are handled in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy.

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible with clear evidence, such as photos or videos of the issue, the item, and the packaging.

We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases unless we agree otherwise. However, this does not affect your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

If you are purchasing goods for personal, domestic, or household use, you may have rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. We are not responsible for delay or failure to perform our obligations where this is caused by events outside our reasonable control, including courier disruption, natural disasters, extreme weather, strikes, supply chain delays, technical failures, or other unexpected events.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The latest version will be published on our website.
